What’s the turnaround time?
Photos are delivered next business day. Video and virtual tours are typically delivered within 48 hours.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?
Nope. Most shoots are “meet us there and go” or lockbox entry. If an agent or homeowner insists on present, we may ask for them to step outside while we shoot. We promise to be respectful of your time if you'll promise to be respectful of ours.
Should the home be vacant?
Yes — it helps a ton. For the smoothest shoot (and the best photos), we ask that the home is vacant during the appointment. It speeds things up and keeps people out of frames.
How should the seller prep the house?
- Turn on all lights, replace burnt bulbs
- Clear counters (kitchen + baths), hide trash cans
- Open blinds, tidy cords, straighten rugs
- Move cars out of driveway if possible
- Pick up pet items (bowls, crates, toys)
What if the weather is bad for drone or exteriors?
If conditions aren’t safe or the sky is ugly, we’ll either reschedule the exterior/drone portion or we can shoot interiors and come back for exteriors when it’s decent.
How do I receive the photos and files?
You’ll get a clean download link with everything organized and ready to upload to MLS and socials.
Can you do weekend or after-hours shoots?
Sometimes, depending on availability. If you need an after-hours or weekend slot, reach out and we’ll see what we can do (additional fees may apply).
