Access & on-site notes
- Lockbox or door code preferred. Add access details during booking.
- Please have the home vacant during the appointment for the smoothest shoot.
- If someone must be present, we may ask for them to step outside for a few minutes while we work.
Quick prep checklist
- Turn on all lights, replace burnt bulbs
- Clear kitchen and bathroom counters
- Hide trash cans, toilet brushes, personal items
- Open blinds, straighten rugs, tidy cords
- Move cars out of driveway if possible
- Secure pets and remove bowls, crates, toys
Weather & drone
Drone and exterior photos depend on safe conditions and decent light. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can shoot interiors and return for exteriors/drone when it clears, or reschedule that portion.
